Cancellations And Refunds

If a trip is cancelled 50 days to 30 days prior to departure , we will take a fee of 80 % of the total cost of the tour and the balance will be refunded via bank transfer to you ( please note all bank charges will be borne by clients ).

No refunds are permissible if you cancel your booking less than 30 days before departure. All cancellations must be sent to THE WORLD AT HER FEET FZE, in writing via E-mail to info@theworldatherfeet.com, and will be effective on the date they are received by The World at her Feet FZE.

Tour Cancellation

Although we do our best to avoid this, it may occasionally become necessary for THE WORLD AT HER FEET FZE to cancel any tour due to insufficient registrations or any other cause. If a tour is canceled due to low enrollment, you will be notified at least 25 days in advance. In this case, your entire payment will be refunded to you within fourteen days after the tour cancellation. Refund of payments made constitutes full settlement and releases THE WORLD AT HER FEET FZE from any further liability. The World at her Feet FZE is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by tour members preparing for a canceled tour, such as nonrefundable airline tickets/passport fees./visa costs

If a tour is canceled from our partner’s side due to a natural disaster, strike, quarantine/ pandemic or other events outside our control we cannot guarantee the 25days notice, but you will receive a credit with us for any trip you wish to take during the course of the year in which the trip was canceled. ( tours plus hotels) We are not responsible for other expenses incurred for this trip – visa/insurance or airfare

If a tour has not been canceled by our partners during a natural disaster/ pandemic/strike/ quarantine ( complying with visiting country’s government regulations ) the decision to postpone the trip to a later date is possible as a group majority consensus for which you will receive a credit ( only tours ) Only one date change is permissible

Further more , should some of the members of the group decide to travel during this time and continue the trip , despite majority consensus to postpone , the majority vote shall prevail. Those wishing to still travel , can avail of lifelong credit with us for the value of the trip. The World At Her Feet is not responsible for additional costs of tickets ,visas , insurance etc
