Influenced by its geography, migration, civil wars and climate, this gastronomic adventure is a feast that explores rich history and traditional culture exploring the flavours, aromas and tastes throughout the trip.

Our North India food experience is a guaranteed one and needs a minimum of just two women travelling together
Begin with a food exploration in old Delhi, a culinary tour that introduces Indian food and culture and allows you to understand what to expect from your trip. There will be approximately 16-18 different Indian food dishes from different Indian cuisines that we’ll visit and around 10 different food establishments in old Delhi, central and south Delhi. These food outlets have inherited their business from their ancestors and are famous for their quality of food. The oldest place on our list has existed over 110 years and youngest for about 40 years.
Our day in Delhi will be dedicated to exploring famous locations starting with a visit to Humayun’s Tomb, a majestic monument built in remembrance of Humayun, the Mughal King.
Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple
Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple, is a complex with beautiful art, gardens and fountains. It has the world record for the World’s Largest Comprehensive Hindu Temple. Our stop here will add to the flavour of our Delhi experience.
Visit the National Museum , which is among the largest museums in India with art ranging from pre-historic era to modern works . A must go location for everything on Indian history. Enjoy a journey of Moguls and maharajas under one roof.
For the love of Indian food, the Tikka masalas and spicy curries! Cook up a storm, in our Indian cooking class. Enjoy this half day cooking class hosted by a well known chef and his family. Don your aprons and learn to cook Indian pulao, daaal (lentils), eggplant, raita, rotis (flat Indian breads), stuffed paranthas (stuffed and fried rotis) and vegtables. Sit down and enjoy the food prepared.
Rajpath and President’s House
Rajpath and President’s House is a favourite spot for residents because of its picturesque scenery. Walk to Raj Path to see the President’s House, India Gate and gardens around it.
The world’s most romantic love story beckons you. Check into the Taj Hotel and depart to Taj Mahal, one of the 7 wonders of the world. Soak up the sights and beautiful walk along the gardens and fountains. Take a photo on the marble bench like a princess and enjoy the interesting history of Taj Mahal as we walk through the centuries old romance.

Pink City of India
Explore the Pink City,Jaipur, a delightful city of old markets and amazing food. Walk through the streets tasting the delicious street food sampling kachouris, chai prepared over charcoal fire and famous Rajasthani sweets and a big traditional Rajasthani dinner at the end. This is a food tour unlike any other. So come with an appetite.
You have never visited a temple like Galtaji Temple, one with it’s resident population of friendly and harmless monkeys and langoors ! The temple guide will take us around to show us the temples and the sacred waters.
Nahargarh Fort is believed to be haunted by Prince Nahar Singh who kept disrupting the construction and agreed to leave on the condition that the fort would bear his name! This is a location with a glorious view and a beautiful sunset spot Complete the experience with a visit to the local market with its mind boggling variety of colours, fragrances , jewelery, bangles, shoes, utensils, spices and everything traditional.
Meet the gentle giants who have been part of the Indian history for decades whether on the battle fields or festive parades, Elephants continue to dominate India’s history and play a major role in modern times. Today after breakfast, we head out to Elefantastic, a destination where elephants are cared for and trained by professionals. Have fun, get a chance to ride, play, and feed the gentle giants.
Explore the famed Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds)at the edge of City Palace. This palace was built of red and pink sandstone, with 53 small windows (jharokhas) decorated with intricate lattice work. Hawa Mahal was constructed for women in the royal court so that they could view street parades and festivals without being seen from the outside.
A culture influenced by planetary movements and astronomy, it is no wonder Maharaja Jain Singh II commissioned the construction of several observatories across India. Visit Jantar Mantar and get a chance to see the incredible location dedicated to monitor astronomical movements.
Jaipur City Palace
Visit the Jaipur City Palace, a regal abode that breathes royalty at every turn. Its architecture, artifacts and tales are entwined in the magnificent history of the Indian Maharaja. An impressive complex one you will never forget.
Explore the famous Jal Mahal, an extravagant palace built on Man Sagar Lake.
