Highlights of the tour :-

  • Visit the 4 beautiful valleys of Thimphu, Gangtey, Punakha, and Paro with comprehensive sightseeing in each valley
  • Visit the farmer’s market and see farmers from all over the country sell their produce.
  • Visit Buddha Point, a massive statue of Shakyamuni Buddha measuring at a height of 51,5 meters
  • Visit the Motithang Takin Reserve to see the national animal of Bhutan, the Takin – this animal has the body of a cow and head of a goat!
  • Take in an archery class
  • Eat lunch with one of the older Buddhist monks
  • Learn to cook the local dishes from an expert Tiger’s Nest
  • Visit the tigers nest – the Taktsang Monastery – one of the most holy sites in Bhutan, which clings to a cliff more than 3,000 meters above sea level and 900 meters above The Paro valley floor.
